Giving to OLPH School

OLPH School’s progress over the years has been made possible by the continued support of people like you, who are committed to Catholic education for the young children of our parish. We are deeply grateful for your support. Our web site now gives you the opportunity to learn more about giving to OLPH School.

How we Finance our Mission
Because of a genuine appreciation for clear and concise information about our school’s mission and how it is financed, we take extra steps to keep you fully informed. In addition to the publication of our 2007-2008 Annual Report (click here), we explain our financial picture and how it relates to the work we do as a school community in Back-to-School Night presentations for all school parents.

Annual Fund
OLPH School Annual Fund contribution directly addresses the school’s immediate needs and priorities to ensure academic excellence for today’s students. You can learn more about the importance of our 2008-2009 Annual Fund drive at OLPH School and how to participate by clicking Annual Fund. Contact: Mrs. Peggy Radelet, Development Director 847-724-6990.

Teacher Gift Fund
Each year, in November and May, the OLPH School Advisory Board requests contributions to its Teacher Gift Fund. The fund provides a monetary gift to faculty/staff at Christmas and the end of the school year, which not only augments teacher salaries, but also shows appreciation to our dedicated professionals. You can learn more about the Teacher Gift Fund and how to contribute by clicking Teacher Gift Fund. Contact: OLPH School Advisory Board President William Harlan 847-904-7708.

Dussman Scholarship
Named for the Reverend John J. Dussman, pastor of OLPH from 1934 to 1971, the Dussman Scholarship Fund benefits families who face overwhelming or unexpected adversity making it impossible for them to meet tuition requirements. You can learn more about the Dussman Scholarship Fund and how to contribute by clicking Dussman Scholarship. Contact: Ms. Amy Mills, Principal 847-724-6990.

Endowment
The OLPH School Endowment Fund was established to answer the call to keep a Catholic education affordable and accessible to future generations of OLPH Parish.
